1. Company Information

These Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") apply to purchases made on, through, or in connection with the Bellanova website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Scope

These Payment Terms govern:

  • Subscriptions to paid plans that renew periodically; and
  • Additional credit purchases (one-time purchases of credits, tokens, or similar units) used to access features or AI interactions within the Service (together, "Credits").

These Payment Terms form part of the Bellanova Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use, these Payment Terms control for billing and payment matters.

3. Products and Billing Models

3.1 Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to certain paid features for a recurring fee (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual), as presented at checkout or within the Service.

  • Plan details: The price, billing interval, included benefits (including any included Credits), and renewal terms are displayed before you confirm purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and you authorize us (and/or our payment processors) to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes to your chosen payment method.

3.2 Additional Credit Purchases

You may be able to purchase additional Credits as one-time purchases. Credits:

  • have no cash value and are not legal tender;
  • are non-transferable and may be used only within the Service and only by the account that purchased them;
  • may expire if explicitly stated at the time of purchase or within the Service (otherwise, they remain available while your account is in good standing).

4. Checkout Disclosures and Confirmation

Before completing a purchase, the Service will display the relevant information including pricing, currency, billing interval (for subscriptions), what you receive, and any applicable taxes. By confirming purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to these Payment Terms.

5. Pricing, Currency, Taxes

  • Pricing: Prices are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time as described in Section 12.
  • Currency: Charges are billed in the currency shown at checkout. If your payment method uses a different currency, your provider may apply exchange rates and fees.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes (including VAT/sales tax) where required. Taxes may be added at checkout or included in the stated price depending on your location and local requirements.

6. Payment Processing and Authorization

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processors to:

  • charge your selected payment method for the amounts due (including renewals, where applicable),
  • store payment method tokens and transaction identifiers (not full card numbers),
  • perform fraud-prevention and risk checks, including requesting additional verification when necessary.

We may use security steps such as 3-D Secure or similar authentication methods when required by your bank or card network.

7. Subscription Renewal, Cancellation, and End of Billing

7.1 Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges occur at or near the start of the next billing period.

7.2 Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through your account settings within the Service (or, if you subscribed through a third-party platform such as an app store, through that platform's subscription management flow). Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid, except where required by law or expressly stated in a refund policy.

7.3 Access after cancellation

Unless stated otherwise at purchase time, after cancellation you will retain subscription access until the end of the then-current paid billing period. Any included subscription benefits (including included Credits) may end at the end of that period.

8. Credits: Use, Consumption, and Balance

Credits may be required to access certain experiences. The Service will indicate when Credits are required and how they are consumed.

  • Consumption: Credits are deducted as you use eligible features. Deductions may be based on time, message volume, feature type, or other usage units, as displayed in the Service.
  • Balance visibility: Your current Credit balance may be shown in your account area or within the relevant feature.
  • No transfer: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or users.

9. No Refunds for Used Services; Special Notes on Digital Content

Paid Features involve immediate access to digital services and digital content. Except where required by law or where an applicable refund policy states otherwise:

  • subscription fees are not refundable for partially used billing periods;
  • unused Credits are generally not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • used Credits (Credits already consumed) are not refundable.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account and access to Paid Features while the dispute is pending. If a dispute is resolved in your favor, we may close the transaction and, where applicable, adjust access. If resolved in our favor, we may reinstate the charge and/or require payment to restore access.

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Account Restrictions

We may refuse, cancel, or limit transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access to Paid Features if we reasonably believe a transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates our Terms of Use or these Payment Terms.

12. Changes to Prices and Plans

We may change subscription prices, plan structures, or Credit pricing from time to time.

  • New purchases: Any changes apply to new purchases immediately after they are posted.
  • Existing subscriptions: If a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice through the Service or via email (where available) and the change will apply from the next renewal date or as otherwise stated in the notice, except where mandatory law requires a different approach.

13. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

  • retry the charge using the same payment method,
  • request that you update your payment method,
  • suspend or downgrade your access to Paid Features until payment is successfully processed.

14. Promotions, Trials, and Discounts

We may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or free/discounted trials. Promotional terms will be provided at the time of offer and may include eligibility limits, expiration dates, and restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, trials may convert into paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial period.

15. Third-Party Platform Purchases

If you purchase subscriptions or Credits through a third-party platform (e.g., an app store), that platform's payment terms and policies may also apply. Billing, cancellations, and refunds for such purchases may need to be managed through that platform.
